Kevin Baumeister has been in Real Estate for seventeen years now! I started off my career in Real Estate part time and I was also flipping homes as well. So I know what people are looking for in a home! I always go back to when I was flipping homes and with my years as just being an exclusive buyers agent when I was starting out in Real Estate. When I started out in the Real Estate field on 2003, I was still working for Con Agra as a Sr. Financial Analyst. Working loads of hours sitting behind the desk. How ever, I was never satisfied, I always liked working with people as well. Interacting with people and listening to their wants and needs and also getting to educate buyers on the purchasing process and also how they can accelerate their mortgage by just doing a couple extra steps with out spending a lot of money. That in my opinion is MUCH MORE satisfying then sitting behind a desk and doing analytical work.
In 2003 I started in the Real Estate industry part time as a buyers agent and also was purchasing run down homes then flipping them. Thus I gradually grew my Real Estate Business slowly and built up my clientele. For several years I was averaging $3MM to $4.5MM per year in sales. I have been currently averaging just alone independently $7M per year in sales currently. Thus, in 2012 I started a team, however it did not fair to well. However, you always learn from your mistakes. Thus, in 2014 I started it again and have been successful with the new team Divine Realty Group.
