New Construction begins to slow?

In April of this year, data shows that New Construction has begun to slow.  This is from a national perspective.  But yes, with the rise of interest rates and pricing, unfortunately, this does push some buyers out of the New Construction market.  Well, what is the silver lining in this????  In my opinion, it will get completions back on course then.  Will this be fixed soon?  The answer is NO.  It's going to take time.  We all know time will heal all wounds as well.
